The Twin Towers are comprised of high class Residential and Office Space overlooking the River Spree.

Shops and Restaurants are located on Ground and First level of the Towers with a total height of 2B+G+17. Offices and Apartments are located on the upper levels. The two adjacent "Karrees" offer flexible Office Space on 2B+G+5 levels, each built around an open atrium with extensive landscaping.

The Twin Towers are seen from afar and have became a landmark in this part of Berlin.
