The first high rise Office building in Stuttgart's City Centre with a height of 80m was completed in 1992 and is still a Landmark in the present day.An advanced facade technology allows energy-efficient operation of the building by using natural airflow. Designed in respect to the unique location on top of the hills surrounding the City of Stuttgart, the Tower offers spectacular views and is seen from afar.
