Constantly increasing demand of space for employees in Fellbach has led to the development of the Extension of the existing building, which was designed by Kieferle & Partner as well. Beside building the Extension, the uninterrupted maintenance of operating the computer center has been a special challenge.
The New Building will accommodate 220 working spaces for highly trained IT-employees within a highly-flexible internal layout. There are 110 parking spaces for visitors and employees in a two-level basement.
Materials and décor of the new building are coordinated with the existing building - adapted to the state of modern technology. The outside appearance will follow the existing building, so the whole complex will be very homogenous.
