Due to the increasing demand for office space and the conveniences offered in the Dubai Airport Free Zone,

the necessity has arisen for DAFZA to expand their development to accommodate more companies.
Together with Al Hashemi Architects and Planners, Kieferle & Partner have been awarded the contract for the expansion of the DAFZA development after submitting the winning entry in a competition.
The new development, DAFZA East Land, will provide state-of-the-art office space, a purpose-built Business Club, as well as a Four Star Hotel, all surrounded by lush landscaping. The design of the expansion is based on a "Green Building Concept", providing companies with the most efficient and technologically advanced office space possible, while simultaneously remaining conscious of the environment.
