Heading out of town along Heilbronner Srasse, the visitor or occupant will see the distinctive, transparent and inviting complex "Löwentorcenter". The Löwentorcenter, with its forecourt, works as a transition to the adjacent housing area.

The complex along the Heilbronner Strasse functions as a noise buffer and reduces the co2 emission for the office wings against the hillside and the adjacent housing area. These office wings are accessible at ground level through the prestigious entrance hall, which permits scenic views into the green courts. The structure of the Löwentorcenter allows the complex to split into 1 - 3 independent units with separate entrances and cores. The ground floor will feature a communal cafeteria and meeting facilities.
