From the two independent occupancies emerges in the center of the intersection a residential and professional station including hotel rooms with small hireable office units as well as meeting area, SPA and wellness, all on the first floor. Therefore, the stringent core architecturally as well as symbolically (in terms of the two atrium buildings) completes the circle of habitation on the one and working on the other hand.
The concept with its cluster-like form takes urbanistic existent structures up, while it doesn't tangent the listed Metropol-building. By keeping distance from one another all buildings concerned can keep their own originality.
The resulting urbanistic axis towards Königsstraße formed by the Metropol- and the concept-building opens up new vistas and places new impulses especially for the thereby enhanced inner-city plaza. Thus the Stephanstraße looses its backyard flavour and the developed gastronomy forms new quality.
