Development of a new "City" on Kish Island, Iran, is to be a free zone for international commerce, and is one of the most ambitious tourism projects in Iran. To achieve a high class development, Kish Island's developers invited renowned international architects to submit design proposals.
The Joint Venture of Kieferle & Partner and Kling Consult was invited for the Harbour City phase - the main Residential and Entertainment phase of the project. Following the vision of creating a Southern European Village, the apartments as well as hotels, shops and restaurants are locetad in individual buildings with lush internal gardens located on the sea as well as inner canals.
