Eleven towers ranging between 50-77 floors have been planned. The central tower is planned as a Five Star Hotel and the focus of the development. The other towers are planned to offer Offices and Apartments. The podium covering the entire plot will be a mixed-use center, featuring a Shopping Mall, Technical City, and a Theatre - planned by COOP Himmelblau - as well as extensive Communal Recreation Facilities.

The Masterplan has been designed by Chapman Tailor.
