Bishkek Iconic is one of the most prestigious new developments in Kyrgyzstan.

The two facing towers rising above a circular podium have been designed as a landmark gateway.

Inspiration was drawn from the word Kyrgyz being the sum of the 40 native tribes having initially formed the nation – and was therefore used as the leitmotif for the structure of the radial podium, being hence carried by 40 columns in homage to the country’s heritage.

This mixed-use development comprises of a fully-fledged 300 key Luxury Hotel Tower inclusive of all amenities and facilities as well as 150 branded Hotel Apartments and a commercial office tower connected through a skybridge, offering mesmerizing views.

The office tower is adjacent to a low-rise Business Center with cascading roof gardens, as a biophilic component leading to a high-end retail shopping experience.
