Dammam Hotel Company approached us to develop a luxury resort destination in Al Khobar along the coastlines and shores of its mesmerizing Arabian Gulf.

The project objective was to create a Hotel complex including a Serviced Residences component and large-scale flexible convention facilities aiming to cover family festivities and weddings, as well as for business purposes.

In addition to the Guest, Rooms / Suites, and Serviced Apartments, our team proposed numerous clusters comprising of 2-5 Bedroom Villas allowing an utmost level of privacy.

A cluster of VIP Villas was designed as separate gated community, with high-class amenities, such as a club house and luxurious central sports and wellness facilities.
