Originally designed as a residential building, the Client decided to shift the buildings purpose in creating a luxury boutique Hotel. Kieferle & Partner were awarded both the architectural redesign and extension, as well as the interior design scope of works. An emphasis was put on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a distinct residential feel. This is reflected in utilizing a soft palette accentuated with pops of color, creating a comfortable and friendly environment.

Since its opening the Hotel has fast become a sought after and successful property.
